Wait, what is this?

Think club night, except the songs are mantras and the high is natural.

Sing along, dance it out, or just close your eyes and let it wash over you. You don't need to know the words. You'll pick them up by the second chorus.

Lighter than when you walked in.

Mantras have been a shortcut out of heavy thoughts for thousands of years. We just turned up the bass.

1

Sound

The music meets you exactly where you are.

2

Release

Stress, worry, the week you had. It all loosens its grip.

3

Rise

Lighter. Clearer. More you. That's the vibration going up.

You carry the glow out the door, and it's contagious.

The breath behind the beat.

Here's our little secret: we're not just a band. We're a collective of meditators and breathwork teachers with the Art of Living Vancouver community. Music is how we open the door. Breath and meditation are how you find what's waiting on the other side.

Happiness isn't something to chase. It's what's left when the noise settles.

It all flows from Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, who founded the Art of Living in 1981 and has shared breath, meditation and service with people in over 180 countries since. His vision is simple and big: a stress-free, violence-free world, starting with one calm, joyful person at a time. Bhajan Club is our way of passing that on, with a beat.
